Coaching and custom plans

You can ask us a question, get a supplement plan a person builds around your goal and routine, or add coaching check-ins, all as wellness education, never medical care.

In plain words

  • You can ask us a question by email. It's free for a limited time.
  • We can build a supplement plan just for you. A real person builds it.
  • A checklist checks the amounts and how things mix. A person checks every flag.
  • Coaching means we check in while you follow your plan.
  • This is not medical care. For health problems, your own doctor is the right person.

Three ways we can help

Pick the one that fits. Whether you buy anything, and where, is up to you.

  • Ask a question. One question about a supplement, timing, combining products or your routine. A person on our team answers it.
  • Custom plan. Tell us your goal, how your day runs and any allergies. We build a plan from the brands we vet: what to take, how much (the label's serving or the amount studies used), when, and for how long. It comes as a ready-to-order plan in our store, with auto-refill if you want it.
  • Coaching. Your custom plan, plus check-ins while you run it, with a simple tracker of what you took and what you noticed, so we can adjust it and keep it to what you'll actually take.

How a custom plan is built

A person reads every request and builds every plan, using only the brands we vet. A fixed checklist then checks the numbers: your daily totals against the adult upper limits [1], the same ingredient twice, timing, and your allergies. A person reviews every flag. Nothing is built automatically from your answers.

Every product has to earn its place, with a one-line reason it's there for you. We start you on a few products and add the rest in stages, because simpler routines are easier to keep. In a review of 76 studies of medicine-taking, people took 79% of their doses on a once-a-day schedule but only 51% on a four-times-a-day schedule [2].

What you get back:

  • The products first, with exactly how to take each one.
  • A simple day plan, and a staged start.
  • What you might notice, and when. Never a promise.
  • When to reorder each bottle.
  • What we left out for you, and why.
  • Questions to take to your own doctor.

What we ask, and where your health details live

Our intake is short. We ask about your goal, how your day runs and the formats you like, plus a short safety check: your age (adults 18 and over), your state, any allergies, whether you're pregnant or breastfeeding, and whether you take any prescription medicine.

The list of what you take lives in your own store account, not on our forms. You add your supplements and medicines to its Currently taking list by scanning or searching [3][4], and you can connect Apple Health or an Oura Ring in the app if you want [5].

With your permission, our team looks at that list there to spot overlaps and known cautions, so you can raise them with your doctor or pharmacist, and to fit your plan around it. We don't copy it into our records. Wearable trends such as sleep and activity can help us time things, and are never read as a diagnosis.

Why it matters: the FDA warns that some supplements can change how the body absorbs, breaks down or clears a medicine [6]. If you take a prescription medicine, show your plan to the doctor or pharmacist who prescribes it before you start. We never suggest stopping or changing a medicine.

Until the request form on our full site opens, start by email. Write to support@aetherionlaboratories.com with the subject 'Custom plan' and your first name. Please don't include your goals, medicines, health conditions or lab results; we'll reply with the next steps.

What this is, and what it isn't

Coaching and custom plans are wellness coaching and education about supplements, habits and training. They are not medical care. We don't diagnose, treat or prescribe, we don't read or act on lab results, and we never tell anyone to stop or change a medicine. This isn't telehealth, and nobody here acts as your doctor. Anything worrying goes to your own doctor.

  • It is: education about supplements, habits and training; a plan built from brands we vet, at label servings or studied amounts; check-ins while you run it.
  • It isn't: medical care, diagnosis or treatment; a prescription; a review of lab results; changes to medicines your doctor prescribed; a meal plan; telehealth; a licensed health service.
  • Everyone responds differently, and we can't promise any result.
  • There's no set reply time; someone from the team gets back to you.
  • Questions, custom plans and coaching are open to adults 18 and over anywhere in the US.
  • Not for emergencies. If you might be having one, call 911. If you're thinking about ending your life or are in crisis, call or text 988, any time.

What it costs

Common questions

Who reads my request?

Someone from the Aetherion team. We don't name people on the site.

Is this medical care?

No. It's wellness coaching and education about supplements, habits and training. We don't diagnose, treat or prescribe, and we don't read lab results. For anything about your health, your own doctor is the right person.

Can you look at my lab results?

No. We can explain in general terms what a test measures; questions about your own results go to your own doctor.

Why do you ask me to add my supplements in my store account instead of on a form?

So your health details stay in your own account on Fullscript's platform, not in our database. We look only with your OK, and you can withdraw it any time.

Will Fullscript call you my practitioner?

It may call us your provider or practitioner. That's its word for whoever runs the store. This is wellness coaching, not medical care.

Do I have to buy from your store?

No. Whether you buy anything, and where, is up to you.
